They're both disgusting, but Nicki's is better.
Katy's is a photoshopped mess which completely encapsulates her basic ass. Nicki at least went for something kind of interesting visually (she still failed but A for effort, I guess).
Dang, this is like comparing my last two turds, even though one was more interesting than the other, it's still ****.

You know TD:TCC cover is actually a lenticular cover, right? It looks bad here but the actual physical cover is so much better than PFRR.
