With the right promo, possibly. Even though BTW turned a lot of people off, people are still interested in hearing if she'll go back to putting out commercial music or continue to alienate people.

She had way more hype coming off of TFM than she does now after BTW. It's possible if it's a really good song.

Can you imagine the meltdowns if it did, though? An entire era of people saying she'd fading and then she breaks her own record.

I'll definitely debut at #1, though.

Maybe with a full sales week, but I still feel as if she won't be able to generate enough hype to get as much sales. I'm sure it will still debut at #1 though.

It all depends on the song. But with a killer single and a Monday release anything is possible.

Um no fckn way.She won't be able to generate half the hype even if she tries.BTW was generally viewed as disappointing by listeners yet it had massive sales cause of her name,but that isn't happening this time.However,if it's great,it might have more longevity and greater success in the long term.But if she wants a single THAT huge,everything has to go PERFECT - the song,the promo + timing etc.
