Will Mariah break the Most Legendary Record of all time?
"When prophecies predicted Armageddon in 2012, they were mistaken. I think they meant the end of The Beatles record. #MCSummer2012". So will the God of all Music Mariah "The Voice" Carey break the Beatles' legendary record for the act with the most #1 in the history of recording music with her new music coming out this summer? She just need 2 #1s to tie them and 3 to reign. Imagine the meltdowns? Can't wait
She needs to deliver a good album, i'm excited,it's been so long.
Here for:Madonna - Lady Gaga - Britney - Xtina - Rihanna - Lana del Rey - Coldplay - Kylie Minogue - U2 - Marvel - DC - Star Wars - Stephen King - John Katzenbach - Movies - Desperate Houswives - Fringe - History - Xbox 360 - Nokia - Volleyball
Honestly, based on her previous releases (MOAIA), I have been doubting that she is going to score another #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. She really needs something new. Well, I honestly don't want her to release a dance song, which is the current trend right now, as her first single but she has to have a catchy material enough to send her back on top of the charts but still has that Mariah flavor (Fantasy, Dream Lover, Honey, Heartbreaker, or a song that really appeals on emotions like WBT and a naughty formula that Touch My Body has).
EOM and EMC2, these albums have singles that are radio friendly. She really needs to be in the scene like on top and not just somewhere near the Bubbling Under. This actually or maybe, her last album under Island Def Jam so this better be good. There are a lot of releases this year and this is going to be a really great competition for her. I am excited for the marketing strategy - how they will position the "new" Mariah in the competition.
Go MC! #20th#1
This is my first comment since the approval of my ATRL membership this June. And I've been really picky on my first comment. It should be on a Mariah topic.
