I'm bi and I listen to more male than female artists, don't get why it would be hard for gays. Most male artists are more talented than some pop girls

But I hate how some gays stan for male artists just because of their looks, if you don't like or can't relate to their music why even bother?

I have a very difficult time liking male artists, the only male artists I have albums from are Justin BIeber and Queen.

I don't really know why I don't like them, it's just that I prefer the female voice

I think I worded it the wrong way, no one should stan for an artist because of their looks. There are some artists where i'm like "Wow he's hot" but i'm not gonna force myself to like or buy their music.

Not at all. And a love song written to a woman is no different than a love song written to a man. If I hear a song about a guy wanting a girl, I can easily just relate it to my situation.

Granted, most of the males I listen to are lead singers of bands, but classic soul singers like Bobby Womack, Marvin Gaye, Al Green, Sam Cooke, etc. are all fantastic, as well as the guy to the left of this post.

I don't have a problem, but I don't care for the "sex" songs as much though..I guess because I can't relate to them in that way. But I do listen to male artists but not as much as female artists.

I can only stand to listen to Ed Sheeran and Hunter Hayes, but Ed is one of my favorites. He reminds of the boy Taylor Swift.

In fact the only females I listen to constantly are Rihanna & Britney. Of course others here and there but only if the music is good.

I listen to both male & female artists equally, but of course sometimes it fluctuates depending on who releases when. But in general, my listening pattern is balanced.

Well the male voice just doesn't interest me much BUT the other thing is that they usually sing their songs to a girl. I really can't relate to that.

Yeah. I have a preference for female voices. I listen to Coldplay, The Killers and bands like that occasionally as well but my favorite singers are always females.

It depends. I'm much more likely to listen to a black male vocalist than a white one. But there are some bands that I really adore. I listen to way more women, to be sure, but I do have some male favs.
