Why did it debut so low when out of all of the new debuts except one it reached the highest on iTunes during its first week of release I guess radio is a big factor of the R&B-HipHop chart

Itunes only affect the Hot 100 chart.

Urban radio is really a big factor on the R&B-HipHop chart.
Rhythmic radio is a big factor for the Rap Chart.
