I know people feel one way about another when it comes to a performance. Music has always been about the voice but some people don't like lip synching while others just wanna be entertained when watching but then get labeled as someone who can't sing. So which one matters to you most? Vocals(actual singing) or a well put show(dancing,shenanigans)?

And if the performer don't feel like singing live, at least do some pre-recordings.

I prefer paying 200$ for a show than paying 200$ for someone sitting there just singing ex:Adele she great and all but it's so damn boring compared to show like Britney,Tina T,Beyonce,Rihanna!

In the university, not much time ago, I had this work to do where I had to deffend a point a view and I decided to deffend the lipsync, I mean, it was ok to use if you're putting on a show, you know what I mean?

I'd rather pay money to go to a show and have the time of my life, be entertained than go to a show to see someone standing in the same place for the entire time singing! That's boring!

How about a great show with strong live vocals?

Only a few artist can pull it of nowadays though.
Bey, Nicole, Gaga and to an extend Rihanna are one of the few

First, I thought that the show and huge stages were more important than being able to sing.

But at Britney's concert I realized that it's not. The show was so mediocre and boring with the lipsynch, that I was about to leave the venue.

I'd say vocals.
I'm not there at the concert to see the dancers or the amazing lights or some crazy elaborate set.
I wanna see the raw talent.
The natural essence of the performer.
But, that being said, you don't always have to sacrifice vocals for a show.
My fave does both effortlessly.

Vocals are always the most important. It's why I regretted seeing the FF tour, even though it was to be expected. I would've been better off seeing Adele - that's much more entertaining.
