I don't hate it except the font.

It was almost universally trashed, but sometimes things that are trashed are remembered...

It's certainly memorable and will absolutely be remembered, but I don't know if it'll be iconic.

It's kitsch.

Except the music it comes with takes away the potential irony so it's just plain kitsch.

And some people need to learn the difference between "memorable" and "iconic". Iconic means it represents a particular era or genre...which Born This Way does not. Now memorable? Of course.

The internet would relentlessly mock it and say he was trying way too hard to be weird.

But it's one of the most iconic covers of all time.
