Moulin Rouge is a good one! Chicago too, as I already mentioned. I love Hairspray and Mamma Mia even though they are fluff...

Singin' in the Rain is amazing. Also Moulin Rouge.

It's not really a traditional musical and the story is dumb as a brick but I love the visual style and energy of Flashdance. You can burn like 1,500 calories doing cardio to that movie.
