That is insane. I've heard of Cannibals before but they usually murder the victim first and proceed to eat the victim as if it were cow meat or something. Maybe prepare a nice meal and all. But NEVER at this level of insanity.
In all seriousness though, I actually hope the victim doesn't survive, because I don't think living with the horror of his injuries would be a better outcome.
