I thought she looked like one of those bitchy girls in high school who just hate everyone else except other bitchy girls and so hated her (loved the song though) until Hot n Cold came out and I noised her maid of honor was a guy. I was convinced shed be a one hit wonder though.

Lady Gaga - Feburary 2009, an advert on a music channel. 'The girl everyone's talking about! The Queen of Pop 2009!' - I remember being all offended by the advert and saying that I've never heard anyone talk about her and that she's never gonna be Queen of anything.

Theyre the only two with amusing(ish) stories, Britney, Marina and such are all 'Watching TV, saw good song.'

Rihanna: Don't Stop the Music was a HUGE hit in my country everybody was listening to it so i got curious to know who she was and i was hooked.

Gaga: I was on a fieldtrip and my friend brought some music so we can listen to and Just Dance came on, I was jamming t it from the beginning and asking for a replay over and over again and I didn't know who she was, until my friend said that it was Lady Gaga so i searched her and became an instant fan

As I recall, I heard "I'm With You" on a TV commercial several times when I was a kid.
When I was like 14 I saw "All The Things She Said" on VH1 (you know they play old MVs)
And I heard LADY GAGA's Just Dance that was on TV as well, in late 2008 I think.
