On Feb. 20, 2005, the Black Eyed Peas' "Let's Get It Started" became the first song in digital history to sell 500K copies. This week, this digital ground-breaker becomes the 138th song to sell 3 million copies. "Let's Get It Started," which was a Grammy finalist for Record of the Year for 2004, is the Peas' sixth song to top 3 million. Here are the others: "I Gotta Feeling" (7,950,000), "Boom Boom Pow" (6,407,000), "Imma Be" (3,706,000), "Time (Dirty Bit)" (3,283,000) and "Just Can't Get Enough (3,086,000). The Peas and Lady Gaga are the only acts with two of the top 10 digital sellers of all time.
