Georgia May Jagger is Madonna’s new Material Girl

Taking over from fellow Anglo-American rock star offspring Kelly Osbourne, Georgia May Jagger has been chosen by Madonna and her 15 year-old daughter Lourdes, to front their Material Girl fashion line.

The teenager-friendly line range was launched in 2010 and is currently only distributed in the US and Canada through department store Macy's, but will be available in the UK from the end of June.
"To be handpicked by Madonna and Lola as the new face of Material Girl is truly amazing," Jagger told WWD .

Georgia May Jagger is the daughter of the legendary musician, Mick Jagger and supermodel, Jerry Hall. Georgia, a world-renowned model, has graced the covers of international fashion magazines such as Vogue, Harper's Bazaar and Elle.

Having fronted campaigns for Hudson Jeans, Rimmel and currently gracing billboards for the annual Fashion Targets Breast Cancer campaign, 20-year-old Jagger has plenty of experience in front of the camera under her belt, not to mention a stack of magazine covers and a recent sashay down the catwalk at the Chanel cruise show, staged at the Palais de Versailles.
