How to improve X Factor UK ratings?
So with the X Factor USA looking promising due to the signing of some new judges and high publicity...
What do you think X Factor UK could do to boost it's ratings? ( Due to X Factors ratings drop compared to the years before http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-15334946 )
Personally I believe they should sign some new judges too, I haven't been keeping up with any new signings for this years X Factor UK, but I hope so.
Anyways, thoughts?

Absolutely not. Louis Walsh is hilarious and the only bluntly honest judge. He is always up for a laugh. They tried get rid of him once and the ratings dropped and Simon brought him back. The rating increased again. The UK and Ireland are here for Louis Walsh and you just need to deal.
Kelly and Gary were the dead weight last year. I don't mind Gary but Kelly needs to get the hell out of there. Bring in another Cheryl type character.

well now kelly has confirmed she won't be returning for another series they have a chance to sign someone even bigger than she was. after that i honestly think they should leave the judging panel well enough alone, i think the persistent changes to the line-up is partly to blame for the ratings drop

IMO it's too late. Due to the talent we've had in terms of Leona and Alex, there's a lot of 'not as good as' when a new series starts. They needed to actually let the talent in rather than cutting it.

And they need a big star im ok with tulisa but they need a really famous singer. Kelly was ok but didn't reallly connect tbh.
