I'm a night owl so yes i do until 3:30 or 4am i say. I really should stop though. Do you stay up late and for how long?

Always. I have a family full of night owls. And I usually stay up past 2 or 3:00 AM.

Hell no. So many people get mad at me cuz i got to sleep at like 8,9 or 10.
Only if im having a really good time i can stay up,but other than that. Nope.

I used to stay up until 2-5am every night, no matter how early I had to be up, until I got sleeping pills. Sleep is a beautiful thing.

I'm really trying to stop though. My new rule that I set for myself is that I have to put everything electronic away by 11:30 on the nights before I have to wake up early, but it usually ends up being around 1 or 2.

Yeah, I mostly exercise late at night before I go to bed anyway.
