I think it's obvious they did.

In Eminem's song The Warning, he said he had tapes to prove they had sex, and if Mariah denied it again, he would leak them (or something along those lines), and after that Mariah never denied it, which probably meant it was true and that she didn't want Eminem to leak the tapes or photos or whatever he had.

You can tell the difference, because Eminem also said he slept with Britney, and that's obviously a lie. Britney just never said anything about it, never panicked or anything, whilst Mariah went around denying it in hundreds of interviews, which suggests a guilty conscience.

I have nothing against Mariah having sex with people, but I can understand why she'd want to keep it a secret, since she wants to maintain some sort of reputation, whilst Eminem, and most hip hop artists in general, can do whatever they want and get away with it.
