If I remember well, his most succeful studio album is "All Eyez On Me" and it didn't even reach diamond. (it was close, though). And his three other albums were just like 3x Platinum max.

I don't think so. If we're talking about his whole discography, then it doesn't seem inflated since his "Greatest Hits " ( not a studio one) was diamond in the U.S.
