REALLY REALLY BAD SPOILERS BELOW
They didn't show the entire concert.
Most of the songs were intercut with clips but I don't feel it
distracted from the songs because it was really well.
CTD and WUIV are missing, but HH, NTLM, and WAILF are there. In
particular, the visuals for WAILF are STUNNING. But even
if you don't get to hear CTD or WUIV (WUIV instrumental is used though)
they remastered a lot of Katy's old songs. It's absolutely amazing. Oh, and no covers.

Well not really, the only place where I could feel dubbing was the bridge in Firework.
It's all live, but she sounds REALLY good, very similar to MTV Unplugged. Overall, the audio is polished and they corrected her pitch to be on key and to have a better tone, but it's not very apparent to most people. It's apparent to fans because they've watched tons of live videos.
They didn't edit out any obscenities for any of the songs that were included in the movie.
