They are 2 completely different lists, one actually shows the impact one has in the World and how he/she already left a mark wether good or bad, the other just shows how much money one makes, wether he/she had any impact in the World or not, we can see that on the fact that 90% of the list aren't even famous people, you tried with the shade tho.

Umm... Forbes is known worldwide, and is endorsed by billionaires like Warren Buffet, Bill Gates etc. U don't hear ppl taking about wanting to be on the cover of Time magazine. Everyone wants to make Forbes.

Too much sis TIME magazine is way more prestigious than the other list. Forbes only measures money, but a real global star needs to have impact and influence. You can be a billionaire and have next to no influence on culture. An artist should always prefer to make TIME magazine.
