No question Beautiful. I still think that BTW would not have smash if it weren't for Gaga. What made that song popular is because Gaga was huge and hype the album very much. Beautiful is one of the best pop songs of all time.
Born This Way. I think both of them are very inspirational and powerful, but I like that BTW is more of a celebratory anthem. Not saying it's the better song, but to me it's more empowering and inspirational.
I basically because it became a hit because it was meant to be, Born This Way as song itself never was my cup of tea and only is so populair because of the hype that created already a year in prior, I find Bad Kids and Hair much stronger anthems for me as person than BTW will ever be, the country road version is the only good thing about the song.
Also the video of Beautiful gives a much stronger message! than the one of BTW.

“I’m becoming a little more comfortable in front of the camera. I wasn’t used to it before. I was thrown into a new lifestyle and everything I do is kind of filmed or photographed. I’m a private guy. I like to keep to myself. I’m shy, maybe. It gets kind of tricky for me but, I’m beginning to find the fun in it. I don’t take myself too seriously so if I’m front of the camera, that’s what you’re going to get, me clowning around."(Bruno Mars)
Tho to be honest that may partly have to do with the fact that I was in the right age range for being all ~yay a message that I'm ok~ when Beautiful came out, whereas I am too old for BTW to have that kind of reaction in me.
