Not sure if it's a "flop" or not because I don't know where it peaked at (nor do I care to look it up) but it's the first single that sprung to mind.

Sweet Dreams peaked at #10 in the US with zero promotion. It was pretty big tho, it really only needed one performance at the VMAs and it would've went #1.
