The icon outshone, out-sang and out-danced not only her unwarranted shepherd Madonna but also all of our expectations, no matter how besotted some of us were to begin with.

I've noticed the weight gain too. I highly doubt she's pregnant, though.

Gaga's really short, so she could gain three pounds and it would show. Not to mention the incredibly tight clothing that gives no room for her to hide anything.
