Not neccesarily. That's media base. billboard uses Nelson Soundscan. I doubt Nelson will combine stream and airplay, because Billboard does that themselves. They obviously want separated data. Since they have separate charts.

Well we have receipts showing she's been in the studio off and on for over a year. She could have made more songs than the re-release.
