Is my friend bi or gay?

Okay, so I'm bi and i want to know if my guy friend is bi too because i like him. So me and him first meet in 7th grade and we became good friends in 8th grade. We went to Washington D.C. with the school together in 8th grade. I shared a room with him and 2 other guys and there was only 2 beds. The one other guy slept on the floor and one took one of the beds, while my friend insisted we share a bed and during the few nights i would put my arm or leg over him and pretend i was just a restless sleeper, and he wouldn't move me off of him either. So after that we had gone on a few other school trips together and he would always ask me to sleep with him. Besides that, in high school he would always come up behind me and rub his hands through my hair and laugh, he also has pants me. He would also always tell people we slept together on these trips. He is a swimmer(he wears a spedo), tons of people think he's gay, he shaves his whole body, and two of his brothers are already gay. Now we both go to college together, and we text sometimes. When he texts me he often will put faces like and , and i do the same. I always get on the sexual topics and he has told me he had sex with 5 women, which i believe. But he also will text me joking that we had lost our virginity together in Washington and that we have had sex before. He always ends the conversations by saying we should meet up and he misses me. The last time i saw him was a few days ago at school and he lifted me off the ground and gave me a hug. He asked me to eat with him and his guy friend, but i was already going to sit with my friends. So i went to go get a straw for my drink and he took my wrapper and shoved it down my shirt, and finally when he was walking away from the food court he came up behind me and rubbed his hands through my hair and laughed. I might be completely wrong here, but i think he may be bisexual too. If you think he is, how should i tell him, we don't really hangout that much? THANKS!
