KATY PERRY is set to drop a new song on the GRAMMY awards, and her label, EMI/Capitol Records, have ratcheted up the promoganda to US pop radio in anticipation of the song being a smash!

PERRY, who is now divorced from ex-hubby RUSSELL BRAND, will perform the new song on the GRAMMYS. It's a safe bet it COULD BE one of the remaining songs she worked with DR. LUKE on before his exclusive contract with SONY music kicked in. Luke is now in an exclusive working relationship with SONY music, meaning artists on RCA, EPIC, COLUMBIA and others now have the ability to work with the man who heavily crafted Perry's sound.. among others

PERRY, however, is massively talented, and is a brilliant artist and songwriter in her own right meaning she doesn't need a producer or team of people behind her to be musically amazing in her own right.

The song will debut on the GRAMMYS Sunday night on CBS, followed by what will most likely be a barrage of US pop airplay on Monday, meaning the song will rocket into the US Billboard and Mediabase charts rather quickly. It will more than likely be the number one most added song on Tuesday's add day for US pop radio stations.

And now, the hunt for a leak of the song before the awards on Sunday night... is on!

well she is going to have a huge first day of airplay, buy the end of the week she could manage to have 60M ai. so she only needs to out sell Adele by like 80 which would be hard for a new single being performed at the grammys
