"Secret" is top ten material. Like, no question, it's one of Madonna's best songs ever. That eliminations sucks.

What's wrong with Human Nature? It has her best lyrics of all time basically.

No wonder you think Erotica and Bedtime Stories are her best album.

Music should have been in the 70s. If Music is top 10, I am banning everyone involved.
Holiday, Live To Tell, and Borderline out. Also, can the OP please be updated with the rankings so I don't have to scroll through all the pages. It hasn't been updated since 45ish.

If you did, at least it would be above this:
#21 - NOTHING REALLY MATTERS
Average: 8.6389 - Highest: 10 (x12), Lowest: 5 (x1)
"Nothing Really Matters" is inspired by Madonna's first daughter, Lourdes, and how her birth affected Madonna's life and opinions. It was released as the final single off Ray of Light - it didn't achieve much success worldwide but it peaked at #7 in the UK and it topped the Spanish chart (Spain again? )
Madonna only performed it live once, at the 1999 Grammy Awards.
Its video might be the weirdest thing Madonna ever did and that's saying something. It features her as a geisha and there are some robotic, pale, asian guys carrying bags with water and a~ss~d~]]
Honestly, why is this out just now? #21? Seriously? I gave it a 7.5.

I say it deserves that spot. It's a great, innovative and clever track.

Ooh, "Nothing Really Matters" *****—one of the three best on Ray of Light. I'm glad to see it make it so far in this rate.

Phew, with this we're done for today. Now that we're at the Top 20, I think I'll just reveal 5 more songs tomorrow. And then 5 the other day. I still don't know how it will be at the Top 10.

Wait.
But how is Human Nature still here?
Like, how? Does everyone here something different than I do? All I hear is defiance without melody. I mean, Survival was left sitting on the album - with an actual chorus - for this?

A lot of her 90s stuff isn't about huge melodies and hooks (except "Frozen"), it's about the groove/mood, lyrics and production.

Yeah, Survival gives you that bop AND something to sing along to. Even Don't Stop would have made a bigger and better single than Human Nature.
Ugh. Late ******s never prosper. This rate is proof of that.

"Survival" is one of the worst on Bedtime Stories, and "Human Nature" one of the best, in my opinion.
But "Secret" is the best. And it's still left at #22, behind many tracks that deserved less than they got.
What makes me happy is that Don't Tell Me made its way into the Top 20.

Survival would have gone top ten!
Human Nature barely went top forty. People were not here for it, and for good reason.
