Will Gaga have the same hype with new album that BTW had?
Simple as it can get. Can she replicate the same hype that she had with BTW for the new album? 1 million sales possible? Will there be a single that can perform like BTW(more specifically the lead on itunes the 1st week it was released?

I hope not, at least in terms of the hype she gives it. BTW was actually a great album, but overhyping it so much made people expect way more, and then resulted in disappointment. I'm sure (hopefully) it was a lesson learned, though.
If she does and she doesn't live up to that hype, like the BTW album, then you can be sure her 4th album will not be her best in sales or anything. I think her team really needs to stop over hyping her because in the end, everyone gets disappointed.
