Kris Humphries isn't worried about fending off a defamation lawsuit from Jonathan Cheban. According to a source close to the NBA free agent, Humphries doesn’t expect the high-profile publicist to make good on his threats because he doesn’t have sufficient legal grounds to sue.

Earlier this month, RadarOnline reported that Cheban was considering filing a $5 million defamation suit against Humphries for calling him “gay” in an upcoming episode of “Kourtney & Kim Take New York.”

There’s nothing he can sue him for other than following directions from the show’s producers,” says the source.

I just think it's his natural eau de douche. The producers probably try to embellish it, and the editors portray him a certain way by showing more negative behavior from him than positive. I don't think the show is scripted though.

No matter how bad Kris is, he is never as bad as Scott. Him walking into the piano store and getting one just to achieve some sort of pseudo-class is 1000 worse to me than Kris hounding Jonathan about his sexuality.

Like his comments about Kris and his Lake Minnetonka parties. Or the disgusted look on his face when Kim and Kris kissed.
