Shania's peak was 1998-1999, before the list really started. I'm surprised she didn't make the list in 2002, when Up! was released, but did in 2005, when her Greatest Hits and perfume were...
She also never really established a brand they way Taylor has.

And to quote the Legendary and Iconic Shania Twain, "there's no way but up from here!"
With Taylor going on to album 4 and it's tour, and Shania beginning her occupancy in Vegas and potentially releasing another album soon, their domination shall continue for years to come.

I pray for this, and I've convinced myself it could happen. They've met. They're friends. Shania once tweeted that they'd have "lots to write about" if they wrote together. Shania has recently worked with Nathan Chapman, Taylor's producer. Duetting with Taylor could get Shania some relevance (like Madonna + Nicki, Cher + Gaga)...
