Let's be honest Navy. Rihanna may be a relatively good actress from what we've seen in Battleship, but even if she grows to be a HUGE actress someday, she has little experience. This is a huge project and IMO Rihanna cannot pull it off at this stage. I think she knows she can't as well.

The accent is a huge thing that I doubt she can fully supress throughout the entire film, not to mention they look next to nothing alike. They sound nothing alike either, and we all know Rihanna is not the best lip syncer.

True **** now i think about it. I do want to see her taking up big roles one day though, Battleship is a nice cute role but its not enough for me Quick question, who where is actually going to watch Battleship, i've seen some of the Navy saying they aren't here for it.

I work at a Movie Theater so I get free tickets, so yeah. Plus we just got a big stand for Battleship that has Rih on it, and I get to take it home when the movie is done running!

Even though you stan for WHYB, I think you could agree that it's overrated - almost everyone absolutely adores the track and it's praised to the high heavens. It's not the actual track that I was getting at, its how he was trying to come off as 'cool' or 'different' for "shading" the Navy with "See Navy, y'all overrate everything Rihanna does", yet he's worshipping the most overrated song in her discography.

But it's Ri_Ri_Rock we're talking about; so at least we can thanks God he's not delusional!

JD Never in my life have I heard such blasphemy, Ri_Ri_Rock is a valid member of the Navy that contributes very helpful information and argues intelligently.

To be honest, when it comes to WHYB i am pretty torn, i love it and everything but its just another dance smash in my opinion, there is nothing innovative or special about it in comparison to her other dance tracks. The brdige on WHYB though >>>>>>>.

I hate science fiction films (even more with aliens) and i seldom go to cinema BUT i'm planning to go to the premiere of the film here in Greece (19th of April).
It's something different by my fave and i'm not gonna miss it.
