Marriage is between a man and a woman. Because the bible tells me so. Otherwise it's a sin and if gay people get married, soon people will want to marry their pets. And then their kids. And that's wrong.
jk

Jesse who? Steve Appleton, 20 years old, produces, writes, and creates all of his own material with his own instruments. When The Sun Comes Up is released August 31st within the UK, featuring the hits Dirty Funk and soon to be City Won't Sleep. Even check out his re-edition of Use Somebody (Remix) by former band Kings Of Leon! What about his re-make of Fireflies by the latest trend Owl City!

No one's marriage affects me, no one. So why do I care?

You should have said that with more tact.

It means that the country is devoid of gays.
It means no data/information on the particular law.

This is another thing I hate. You're being just as intolerant as they are homophobic. That is their culture. That is the way they run their society. If they have an age old definition of marriage, then let them have it in peace. Telling them that they're wrong for upholding their own traditions is just as wrong as telling someone who they can and can't marry.
I support Marriage Equality by the way.

Yes, there are states in their own state constitution that do define marriage as between a man and a woman - I do not know why they weren't included.
I think they only included countries that have brought the issue up in their higher courts/legislature or their judicial system, but I can't be sure.

Of course, and any country that doesn't allow it is disgraceful, and yes that does mean my own country.

No, I'm not being intolerant. I just don't subscribe to cultural relativism. It's bogus.

Well, okay. It's just I feel that people consider other who happen to have a different opinion to be backwards. I support gay marriage, but I certainly don't think those who don't are ignorant or backwards.

A paradoxical mess
You think countries have the right to discriminate people as long as it's part of their culture. How far does this reasoning extend? Do you think hanging gays in Iran is cool beans because their culture is violently homophobic? Was the slave trade A-OK because it was tradition?
Tell us BLaCKPoWeR.

That would make sense, now I think about it there are also some places where the sex of the persons involved in the marriage isn't addressed in the law but Gay marriage doesn't really happen.

There are certain actions which are repulsive and shameful to all of mankind. Slavery, hate crimes, genocide, and state-endorsed punishments for being gay fall under this category - they are inexcusable.
