The top of the L is less... Inflated? It used to start out bigger at the top, and then it got to a steady size by the curve. It's all the same width, now. The lines of all the letters seem a bit more sharp now.

Your avatar is everything. 
It's very subtle. The font is the same, Meta Bold (@Robbie). Just a few stuble change. He took off whatever text effects were on the original and replaced it with a sharp drop shadow. It looks very clean. I really like it.
EDIT: Here's the original:
The original text effect seems to be a slightly blurred drop shadow with no distance. The current one has a sharp drop shadow that's offset. Also, not 100% sure, but I think the background gradient's lightest color changed slightly. Also not sure, but I think the text size changed too. Although that might be the new drop shadow playing tricks on my eyes.

I see the difference a little now... but only in Gray Scale and not regular
This might be a sign I need sleep lol

I referred the site to a friend, and he was at my place and we tried to make an account for him as he wants to join, I assume that because we made the account from my place it had the same IP and you guys might have through I was making a duplicate account. I am enjoying this place, and would never do that as I know its a permanent ban. His account was not approved:
