The disaster episodes is always between episodes 7 - 10, they wont kill a main character at the begining of the final season. if it does happen, it will be the final episode. I'm starting to doubt there will be a disaster this season though.
I think Tom and Lynette will get back together. I also think Chuck will die if theres a disaster episode too.

It's a rumour going around the DH fan boards, and I guess it would explain why we haven't heard anything yet - there would be a big budget and set pics for a disaster episode.
