You have to register an account and one of the modes of payment is through credit cards. I saw some posts on the internet saying we can use debit cards like BPI and Smart Money Cards.

I think there are enough rich people in our country too keep it going. Hell Malta's iTunes are still up even though the songs in their top 100 sell only one copy a day.
