Her profile is alot more angled than it was before, something makeup cannot fix or hide. And the tip is raised, which is clearly from a result of some tip-refinement. I know because I'm deciding one myself, but obviously one that's NATURAL looking.

Like by all means she doesn't look crazy, but at times it is noticeable that she's had work done.
