I remember the first time I heard "Promise". It was like September of 2006 and I was soooooooo shocked when I heard it. I thought "Promise" was gonna be a hype-single or something and when I heard it was full on R&B. I fell in love with it. THEN, the Access Granted commercial of "Promise" aired on BET and I became a fan right off the bat. Saw the video and from that day forward I became I a full on STAN.

I remember that video was #1 on 106 & Park like everyday for four weeks straight.
