Not really, it's a cartoon without an ongoing theme. As far as anyone's concerned it could be just another episode. Reality shows and series' are only affected by finales.

2012 season finale:
Lisa Goes Gaga
4.79 million viewers and a 2.1 rating

This isn't so much a reflection of Gaga's impact. It would be much wiser to look how this season fared as a whole against last season. Simply comparing two season finales and trying to make it reflect negatively (or even positively) on Gaga is truly laughable

From Final ratings... Gaga got 10,000 more viewers than Perry. In other words, there's really nothng to be crowing about. Both set of numbers suck and both sets of numbers are also not far away from each other.

Perez has only had two airings on the CW.

Last week he had:

800,000 viewers and a 3.1/01

This week he had:

810,000 viewers and a 3.1/01

Also this means "Lord Gaga" didn't get the weeks highest rating on the CW. Wednesday's new edition of ANTM did (that was the only other "new" programming on the network this past week).

Even though none of these ratings are all that great, Katy scored 800,000 viewers going up aganist American Idol last week. Gaga pulled in about the same for a night with no competition.
