Oh yes. Her impact music wise is that she destroyed the notion that all popstars are supposed to have minimal talent and maximal production. Here's a popstar that can actually perform her songs REALLY WELL in 2 different ways - the record version and a completely demented yet brilliant acoustics. And she made europop mainstream, i think.
But we all know this. Gaga is one of the most impactful singers of this generation but that was not the question. When you are talking solely about music, I think barely no singer of our time influenced music at least it is not visible yet.
