TD is crappy throwaway pop fluff with 3 (4, with the rerelease) brilliant gems. One of the Boys has a solid 11 tracks of brilliant pop-rock, written entirely from personal feelings and experiences (Well, minus IKAG) which all mix together to create a brilliant album. It creates a fantastic image of what it was like to be Katy growing up from Highschool to her attempts to crack the world.

I can listen to One of the Boys over and over on repeat from track 1 to track 12 and never get bored of it, the only time I was bored of it was when the excitement for Teenage Dream overshadowed it, and for a few months after Teenage Dream was released.

My thoughts on One of The Boys fall somewhere in line with NME and Slant.

It’s as mundanely malevolent as stepping in a turd or getting stung by a bee. It won’t kill you, but only because this generation is now immune.

Gaga. Gaga's music is well produced and actually has thought put into it by the artist. Katy's music is catchy but too much of it leaves you feeling empty. Music should never make you feel like that. Critics agree.

Gaga has one of, if not the strongest discographies of the pop girls, imo.

Yesterday Gaga beat Amy Winehouse in a poll... SERIOUSLY?
A few months ago the mosters voted Gaga in a "Most Beautiful Artist" poll and she was in the second place... SERIOUSLY?

I'm not saying that Katy is better than Gaga, nor that Gaga is better than Katy, but I can't at some pressed souls to shade my fav, or call her talentless or whatever they like just because the last 2 years she did great things in the Music industry... I'm sure that if Katy hadn't broke that record last August and had 3 #1s from TD everything would've been more Katy-friendly in ATRL!
