Gaga can outperform Katy and is a lot more talented by a long-shot, but half of her discography is utter rubbish, and this is what the poll is about after all. I think Katy has been more consistent in coming out with quality tracks. Every single from the start has been spot-on excellent, and her album tracks are also quite great, most especially on One of the Boys.
