Like I said, I'm sure if Madonna is going to sing part of BTW on her concert tour (IF) and Gaga's camp doesn't want it OR are okay with it but want royalties then that's that. They can put a stop to it or request royalties and they'd most likely get it. I do know a lot of artists take requests during their concert and clearly don't ask for permission (nor pay royalties) before they sing the request. Same for singers on Youtube doing covers. I'm sure artists can say something about it IF they want to. Some do, some don't. Royalties to Gaga's camp would probably add up to 0.00005% of Madonna's gross pay for the year so no biggie. Also no biggie if a piece of BTW isn't used. None of the trememndous amount of people who bought tickets to Madonna's concert bought them with any thought to Gaga being any part of this concert in any way.
