Gaga's ID organisers are having a meeting with Gaga's representatives today to try and sort this mess out.
The Indonesian promoter said he's struggling and everyone (obviously not us not directly involved) just need to be patient.

I believe they're following the report AP issued this morning (which is what I quoted in the top of the OP).
I'm far as I'm aware, she's just been declined the permit, but no official cancellation has been made
