I think she is in the group of the promiscous divas  (Madonna, Britney before Jason, Jennifer Lopez, etc)
she is definately not in the non-promiscous group (Beyonce, Mariah, Susan Boyle, etc)

I don't most of the people who voted in this poll know what "promiscuous" means.
Promiscuity is not doing freaky things with your partner. It's having casual relations with multiple people. Rihanna has been linked to like 6 or 7 guys throughout her entire career; that's not being promiscuous. And how she dresses and what she sings about have nothing to do with it.

Because she's single and she talks about sex a lot. If you notice, when she's actually in a relationship, the rumors of her being 'promiscuous' are almost non existent.

I think the better word to describe Rihanna is 'Provocative' and not 'Promiscuous.' Do I think she's promiscuous? No. She's exercising healthy behavior and unleashing her carnal desires. Do I think she's provocative? Yes. She has very 'sexy' songs which usually have double entendres that adds to her being provocative and hence giving off a false air of promiscuity.
