Interscope is great, as far as I can tell.

Capitol is good to some of their artists... especially the one I care about

Hollywood Records really has screwed up a lot... especially with Miley's CBT era... that album was full of hits and they gave her nothing.

RCA is not good, Def Jam is not great as far as I can see.

Why is Young Money not good?

To some extent, I would say Capitol is a label for smaller acts really.
Theironly big artists they manage are Katy Perry and Coldplay. At the same time,
I'm not sure because their list of artists on their website is really lacking and incomplete.
But generally Capitol treats their artists really nicely. A good amount of promo, I would say.
I could say because I'm on their street team.
Their other acts don't get that amount of promo KP does because simply they don't deserve it and they aren't big.

RCA would be second and Blackground 3rd.

As for HWR/Disney they have done unimaginable things to their teenage stars. They only care about MONEY!! They don't care about the fact that they are still children, they want to milk as MUCH as they can out of them.
Look at Selena/Miley/Demi/Hilary. All four of them are the PRIME examples of the most "abused" stars of them all.

Hilary was the first Disney/HWR "it girl." The poor girl was only 13 when she unknowingly "signed her life away" with Disney/HWR. From just 2001-2004, the girl filmed 65 episodes of Lizzie McGuire, was "forced" to star in the Disney TV movie "Cadet Kelly" and well as "The Lizzie McGuire Movie." As well as all this, she recorded 3 albums during that time. "Santa Claus Lane," "Metamorphosis (released a mere 10 months later)" and "Hilary Duff," which were barely promoted. In 2005, she released a greatest hits album (including new songs). Released another GH in 2006. Followed by "Dignity" in 2007 which all equal NO PROMOTION. Including the flawless Dignity. In 2008, what did she release? ANOTHER GH album. So In the matter of 6 years, she had a TV show, 2 movies, 4 studio albums and 3 GH albums, all before she was 20. And the majority of all this happened before she was even 16 years old. Wow, way to work a child.

Look at Miley, OMG, the most mistreated and MILKED of them all. She "signed" with them at 14. She truly began her career with them at 15 when Hannah Montana began filming, During the course of 2006-2010, just 4 years, she filmed 98 episodes of HM, guest starred in countless Disney shows, Voiced "Bolt", starred in HM: The Movie, recorded 3 studios albums and 1 EP, with little promotion, recorded 5 soundtrack albums, as well as going on 2 major concert tours, totaling over 120 shows. She wasn't even 18 by this point!

We don't even have to go into poor Demi and Selena.

In a nutshell, HWR is Disney obviously.
Having poor kids work until they're way overworked, entering rehab, demolishing their potential future careers, non promotion of any musical work, and etc. And this is just what we KNOW, if the Entertainment biz is so secret, and we know all this, imagine all that we don't know!!!! It's sickening
HWR is definitely the worst label EVER.
