Seungri "apparently" told this story on Korean radio. So Seungri & the rest of BB were in America. Of course they usually use vans to get around and Seungri ended up getting in the wrong one. The van's owner yelled at him for being in his van Seungri got out and apologized. He then said luckily the guy was white cause if he was black he would've gotten shot
Now keep in mind there is little to no proof this is true(just like the Taeyeon incident) but since we're supposed to believe internet rumors I figured it was fair game Even if it was they would just say oh Seungri is a funny person thats just in his personality to say something like that

I was referring to their expressions and movements. I know they are common, but Oh! was the first thing that came to my mind. No shade or anything.
