It's one of the best albums of the 21st century, for sure. I hope that with time it gets the acclaim it deserves, although her next album will be significantly more successful, even if it's it not as good.

OMG I still don't get why this album was so underrated, commercially at least. It is seriously genius, so different from everything that's been out there in the last couple of years. I like the concept behind it, too. It is already considered one of the best albums of the last decade by some critics and if it had been released in the 80's in probably would have become an all time classic.
Do you guys know Janelle's first album, Metropolis btw ? It's pretty amazing too

Yeah, I have it. It's very good, but it's not consistent the way The ArchAndroid is. The best songs are Many Moons & Sincerely Jane.
