She did things that involved her entire body. The Single Ladies choreo is kind of a joke. It's not original, and it's not that hard. It was a lot of walking. Just because it was in heels, it's this amazing thing.

Slave is the harder routine, there's more going on to it. SL is fun and all but it's pretty easy to replicate, that's why there are all those videos of people doing the routine. In terms of Slave the breakdown is actually harder to do and has much more involvement regarding a core workout. There's various levels to it, especially when Britney goes down to the floor, does the high jumps that she did on tour and did the lifts and stuff.

I disagree. Slave 4 U is more simpler to do. It's much more easier to learn than SL. And those people on SL replicating SL's choreo all fail at it.
