Yeah, but my dad and his side of the family make homophobic remarks all the time, kinda makes wonder if they would be supportive, and I know people at my college wouldn't care, but still kinda nerve racking.

Doesn't belong in this thread, but cool? Whenever I see your posts I'm reminded of a bitter English hag, aimlessly wandering the halls of ATRL as she moans about her Katy Perry & her dead dog.

My dad's side of the family is/was the same way. And when I first came out, they didn't react very well to it at first since most of them are very strict Catholics that don't practice what they preach. But many of them are cool with it now and don't ever say anything bad about it. But you run the risk of anyone having a problem with you being a gay anywhere. You know? It's just a matter of deciding when you're ready for the world to know.

Not at work. I dodge the "do you have a GF" questions as quick as a mofo.
In school, it's different. I don't scream my gayness but I don't necessarily hide it, anyways most people of my class were friends with me so knew about me.
But yeah, I need to keep it on the low since at the end of the day, every attorney knows each other in Paris so I'm likely to cross paths with my classmates in the future.

That question is still so awkward, even though I'm openly gay. Especially when it's somebody you're just meeting or don't even know. It's like, how do you even go about explaining that without it being awkward? As if the answer isn't obvious.

I'm out everywhere, thanks to my mom. She gets so defensive now when she hears someone call something gay that she ends up inadvertently outing me. It's a weird mix of adorable and frustrating as all hell.

Sis, I'm like "No". But I participate in discussion of my coworkers talking about bitches and sex. The other day, one of them was telling us like while he was in a party, a girl behind him was touching his balls, while one girl in front was touching his dick, and at some point, both girls realised they were two on the same guy (him), stared each other down, but kept on doing the do.
Mind you, the guy is fine, and it made me so moist and all, but I said like "Go boy!"
But I don't necessarily look like a Queen so I can still fake it. But I don't say I have GFs and when I'm talking about my experience, I make sure I employ words which can work for both men and women so if one day I come clean I can say "I never told you I was staright!".

Nobody knows I'm bisexual and I would like to keep it like that until I'm ready for it!

Some people actually care enough about you to ask. Guess you never had that
Yes I am. But I work in retail and a good amount of guys (and girls) are too. At school it doesn't really matter cause no one cares.

Yes, I'm out.
But everyone still loves me. As long as a person isn't mean to me for ANY reason, I treat everyone nicely.

Yes. I don't think I could work somewhere where I had to stay closeted.

No, my sexuality is no one else's business but my own.

How can anyone say this? Obviously being gay has no correlation to the way you act, but it is a huge part of your life. It's on the same level as gender, race, and cultural background. If it wasn't then you wouldn't even know you were gay and you would just be asexual.

I don't feel the need to talk about my sexuality publicly but I really don't care who knows about it either.
