I remember one time in an interview she implied that she's never had cosmetic surgery.

But it appears to me that she's had some work done on her nose. What do you think? Has Gaga's face been modified or was she born that way?

I don't think she has touched her nose. She sings through the nose a lot, so it would be a bit risky.

Barbra had the same problem - big nose, but she used it at singing.

Plastic surgery typically just makes people look worse though..

I really think she got a bit of her nose shaved off. You can just tell by its shape.

I honestly don't think so.

Her face looks different depending on what day it is -- in some performances, her nose looks larger, other times it doesn't...it's the same with music videos, too.

I think it can be attributed to makeup (during live performances/appearances), and also computer editing (in music videos....I think it's especially clear in certain parts of 'Bad Romance').

If you look at this video, where she doesn't have much makeup, I think you can see her 'real' face pretty clearly.
