As a piece of 'film' to complement music, We Found Love is probably better... it has a stronger concept and fits perfectly with the song.
Bad Romance works though because of its striking and memorable
looks. The video is more just a collection of everything Gaga in 4 minutes, tbh it was really a symbol of her worldwide take over, her persona, her fashion, craziness, everything. That's why it's remembered as incredible. Arguably that's more important I guess.
