Now that there has been some time since BTW has passed, I think people can speak more reasonable about what should've been released as singles. If you recall Gaga at one point spoke about planning out 8-9 singles.

The second half is a bit more risky but I think Scheisse and Hair would do okay as singles not completely flop like MTN.

She desperately needs to do a video anthology for BTW like Beyonce does. She could sell it along with her tour or something. Bloody Mary, Gov't Hooker, Americano, Scheisse and Heavy Metal Lover all could've had amazing music videos.
